Rescheduling & Cancellations
Osōku operates as a private, appointment-only practice. As such, cancellations impact not only your practitioner but also clients waiting for availability. We kindly ask that you respect the following policy:
Cancellation Notice
- Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Changes may be made via email, text, or phone call.
Late Cancellations
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee, charged to your account or deducted from your deposit.
No-Shows
- Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the full treatment fee.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid impacting following clients.
- The full service fee will still apply.
Deposits
- Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking.
- Deposits are applied to your treatment cost on the day.
- Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

- You will be notified as early as possible.
- No fees will apply.
- Every effort will be made to accommodate you at the next available time.
Illness or Infectious Conditions
If you are unwell, contagious, or experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact us as early as possible. We may require your appointment to be rescheduled for health and safety reasons.
