How do I book an Appointment?

Which Treatment is best for me?
Choosing the right treatment depends on your skin type, concerns, and goals. Whether you’re looking to promote hydration, improve skin texture, calm reactivity, or address issues like breakouts or pigmentation, there’s a tailored option to suit you. If you’ve never had a facial before, we recommend beginning with our Svakīya Treatment — a fully bespoke ritual designed in the moment to suit your skin’s unique needs.

What is the difference between a 75 and 90 minute Treatment?
How often should I have a Facial?
For most clients, treatments are ideally scheduled every 4 to 6 weeks to maintain optimal skin health and support lasting results. During your consultation, we’ll recommend a schedule tailored to your skin’s specific needs.
What do I need to provide in my home?
Why are your treatment prices lower than standard salon rates?
Osōku operates as a non-for-profit training practice. Treatments are conducted as part of advanced professional development, allowing us to offer services at a reduced cost while maintaining a high standard of care. This model supports ongoing learning while still delivering thoughtfully considered treatments.
How long will my appointment take?
Each Osōku treatment is thoughtfully paced, with a minimum appointment duration of 75 minutes. In addition, we kindly ask that you allow approximately 30 minutes either side of your treatment for set-up and pack-down, and 15 minutes prior to your treatment for a consultation. This ensures we can create the calm, considered environment essential to your experience.
Are your Treatments suitable for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Treatments are designed to respect skin integrity. We will carefully assess your skin and modify techniques and products accordingly.

What products do you use?
Our treatments incorporate Aēsop formulations, selected for their potency and respect for skin health. Where appropriate, these are complemented by Osōku Formulations.
Can I use Osōku Formulations alongside my existing routine?
In most cases, yes. However, we recommend discussing your full regimen during your consultation or contact us to ensure compatibility and optimal results.
Are your products all Natural?
Yes. Each Osōku Formulation is developed using high-quality botanical actives and avoiding additives. All formulations are 100% Natural, Vegan, and Cruelty Free. Read more about our ingredients here.
How should I store my products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the integrity of the formulations.
How can I dispose of my used products responsibly?
Our pipette bottles are made with recyclable glass — this includes both the bottle itself and the glass pipette inside. We recommend separating the components before disposal: The glass bottle and glass pipette can be placed in your household recycling bin. The screw cap and dropper bulb should be removed and placed in general waste, as these parts are not widely recyclable.
To encourage mindful consumption, we offer a Refill and Return Program — return your clean, empty Osōku products to receive a discount on your next refill purchase. This small act supports our commitment to reducing waste and honouring slower, more sustainable rituals.

Is there a call-out fee for appointments?
A call-out fee may apply in certain circumstances, due to the distance travelled to your location. This fee varies to fairly reflect travel time and expenses. We will always provide clear details about any applicable fees when you book. Read more about our fees here.
