Call-out Fee

As a mobile service, a call-out fee applies to cover travel time, transport, and the additional logistics involved in delivering treatments on location. A minimum call-out fee of $10 applies to all mobile appointments. Additional charges may apply depending on distance and location, and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Booking Fee

A 1% booking fee applies in addition to your deposit when secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable and contributes toward administrative costs (excludes PayID).

After-hours Surcharge

Appointments requested outside standard hours may incur an additional surcharge. Please contact us directly to enquire about after-hours availability and associated fees.
